CHELSEA is a wool rich heavy weight fabric. This cloth would be perfect for warm winter coast and vest etc.
The stripe runs horizontally and is approx 4cm in every section. This fabric has quite a texture brushed hand feel.
This fabric is sold in 1/2m increments. If you buy more than unit, it will be cut in a continuous length.
